Melanie Chiao

Melanie Chiao is a product designer and recipe developer based in NYC. Born and raised in Taiwan, her love for food started at a young age, when she would always sneak out of bed late at night to join her father in binge watching Taiwanese food shows 非凡美食大探索.

With experience as a designer and chef, Melanie graduated with highest honors at the Institute of Culinary Education with a dual degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. She also holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Economics & Policy from UC Berkeley.
